ACFE Chapters Break Records in Contributions to the Future of Fraud Fighting

Every day, fraudsters are gaining more knowledge and evolving their skills to deceive. Because they keep expanding their abilities, fraud fighters must remain vigilant in the fight and invest in the future of the anti-fraud profession. This includes supporting the next generation of fraud fighters.
The ACFE Foundation was founded to increase the body of anti-fraud knowledge and support future anti-fraud professionals worldwide. Through the funding of scholarships, endowments, research and other educational projects, the ACFE Foundation encourages students to pursue careers in fraud examination and provides the latest research on the detection and deterrence of fraud.
Starting in 2014, and every year since, the ACFE has issued a challenge to local chapters to raise funds for the ACFE Foundation. In spite of ongoing difficulties caused by a global pandemic, the chapters not only answered the call in 2021 by donating, but they also broke multiple donation records — culminating in a record-breaking total of $109,505.
We would like to thank all of you who support the ACFE and its educational mission. The donations you made will provide valuable educational opportunities for students and researchers with an interest in fraud examination. Your generosity will help ensure that there are adequate resources to provide practical tools, ideas and knowledge to support academic excellence in this field.
